During our stay at Family Hotel Bela, we were pleasantly surprised by the sweet attitude of the staff towards my elderly parents. The heating in the room was exceptional, keeping us cozy and warm during the chilly November nights. The room's mini-bar was a convenient touch, allowing us to enjoy refreshing drinks at our leisure. The sitting area in the room was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring Tryavna, and the terrace offered stunning views of the surrounding mountains. The hotel's attention to detail, from the free toiletries to the comfortable carpeted floors, truly exceeded our expectations and made our stay memorable.
